Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the Real Estate and Corporate practice group of a growing law firm in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model after an onsite training period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and organize necessary materials to support the legal team in meetings.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple calendars and schedules.
  • Review and process both digital and physical mail.
  • Organize and maintain case files in both hard copy and the firm's document management system.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including copying, scanning, and handling timesheets and expense reports.
  • Proofread and draft legal documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably with exposure to Real Estate or Corporate law, or a strong interest and willingness to learn this practice area.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
